The graduate programme provides a variety of training and development opportunities that support both personal and professional growth. One of the programmes I have completed is the EmpowerMe course, which helped me better understand my own personality traits, as well as those of others, and how to communicate effectively with different personality types. I also attended a course focused on handling difficult conversations in the workplace. The training provided practical strategies for navigating conflict professionally, communicating effectively in challenging situations, and working towards positive outcomes for everyone involved. The company also provides and fully funds technical training relevant to each role. Depending on the position, this may include courses such as Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, and First Aid training. Through these programmes, I have developed stronger communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills, increased my self-awareness, and gained valuable technical knowledge and health and safety competencies. In addition, ongoing support, coaching, and feedback from managers and colleagues have played an important role in my professional development.
