
As an engineering graduate, there is limited flexibility with work hours and working arrangements. This is largely due to work being on-site, working with external party's, and is difficult to complete from home. However, each team and manager will have different arrangements.
40 hour work week Can be flexible at times I like being able to focus on the job at hand and not having to worry about timesheets
Currently I work from 7:30am-4pm. The last two teams I have been a part of allowed me to work from home 2 days a week. This was always flexible, as when I would have a doctors appointment or other reason to stay home, the business is also accomodating to this.
Managers are very flexible with working arrangements and hours, ensuring that we get enough breaks and have opportunities to interact with others in the business
The hours are flexible depending on the team you are positioned in. The hours worked by each graduate is consistent with the hours worked by people working in their team. Remote arrangements are also offered depending on the team you are placed in.
