While i'm on a contract basis and don't have direct experience with promotions myself, i have observed that my employer provides great opportunities for career advancement. I've seen several colleagues who perform well get promoted on time, which suggests that the company values high-performing employees.
Quite limited to policies and processes, meaning if you are performing at the next level you have to wait for the promotional run in december which is quite demotivating when you feel like you are achieving the goal set out by your role and you are ready to take on more responsibilities.
Promotion is promised but really, i feel like you're going to get stuck at senior level for quite a while.
