The pay can definitely be better, as another mid-tier firms are offering a solid $60k p.a. With the workload, i feel like this role should pay at least $60k p.a. Salary increment is annually, and i am not sure how much it will increase. Benefits are okay. You get $300 annual allowance (for this role) for wellness. Other than that, not much.
