I think the annual pay is below average for the graduate role, but williambuck support all ca related fees and provide gathering event quite often.
The pay can definitely be better, as another mid-tier firms are offering a solid $60k p.a. With the workload, i feel like this role should pay at least $60k p.a. Salary increment is annually, and i am not sure how much it will increase. Benefits are okay. You get $300 annual allowance (for this role) for wellness. Other than that, not much.
