I had 2 separate interviews with both partners and a manager of the team. I liked that the interview process was more of a conversation not just answering pre set questions. There was a real emphasis on ensuring the person would be the right fit for the team and more focus on willingness to learn then grades which I think is important and valuable when hiring at the grad level.
That's great! the interview process and assessments were a fantastic experience. They were well-organized, and the communication throughout was clear and timely. The assessments were a great opportunity to demonstrate my skills, and i felt they were fair and relevant to the role. The interviewers were all very professional and created a positive and welcoming atmosphere. It was a really encouraging and positive process overall.
