The training programs in my role are excellent, providing both formal courses and valuable mentorship that have significantly improved my technical skills and professional growth through consistent, constructive feedback.
There is not enough training provided in my role, yes - a lot of the training is on the job but it also would be nice to have a videos to refer to when you are on solo jobs. coaching and mentoring is great, the buddy system works well.
It could be better, but they focus a lot on the job training. It was rigorous for the first few months but i learnt a lot!
