My employer is very flexible and helpful when it comes to working hours and arrangements. They understand that a good work-life balance is important and are very accommodating. They offer a great deal of flexibility with hours and are very open to different working arrangements, including remote work. This has been a huge benefit and has made my experience here very positive.
Flexible - we get to pick one work from home day. hours - either 7:30am or 8:00am start
It's very rare for me to work overtime. Even if i have to, it's only 2-3 hours a week every 3 months or so. as a graduate, even the partners do not expect and discourage us to work overtime.
We can work from home two times a week and as long as we are doing 8 hours a day it is okay to start a little early or late so they a quite flexible.
