I work 40 hours a week with 2 days WFH. I only do overtime if something is needed for a client however the work is managed well so this is not a regular occurrence. There is a strong focus on work life balance. The expectation is to give 100% for your 8 hours a day and nothing more.
My employer is very flexible and helpful when it comes to working hours and arrangements. They understand that a good work-life balance is important and are very accommodating. They offer a great deal of flexibility with hours and are very open to different working arrangements, including remote work. This has been a huge benefit and has made my experience here very positive.
Flexible - we get to pick one work from home day. hours - either 7:30am or 8:00am start
It's very rare for me to work overtime. Even if i have to, it's only 2-3 hours a week every 3 months or so. as a graduate, even the partners do not expect and discourage us to work overtime.
