Lots of uncertainty around where I am moving next in the graduate program and after the graduate program ends.
Its a relatively flat structure, so promotions usually happen when someone above you moves on or the team expands. The company does support career goals through internal job postings, cross-functional projects, and opportunities to step up on key initiatives
Idk what the career progressions are/would be
WM really focuses on career progression and upskilling their staff, so I feel well supported in this area and am excited to see where the future takes me!
