There is no workplace culture after hours (minimal socializing opportunities). Good teamwork and typically a positive outlook from management however the culture on the front lines sometimes tells a different story.
Flat, friendly, and collaborative. Tasks come from multiple stakeholders, so prioritisation matters. Processes are Excel/paper-based, which requires chasing information and waiting on responses. Social life is light—mainly team-bonding events—with grads sometimes catching up after hours.
Pretty good, good vibes
The company culture is fantastic. There is a huge focus on each other's diversity; specials days in different cultures are often celebrated with a couple hours spent watching performances, interactive riddles or games and delicious food. There is also the Inclusion and Diversity Team who make sure every feels seen and valued, and put on great events. On a team level, everyone is supportive and friendly. People are always willing to help if you need it.
