Women's group- Mana Wahine
heaps of diversity in the workplace
There is a huge focus on Diversity particularly by the Inclusion and Diversity team. A group called 'Mana Wahine' focus on women's equality in the workplace which is really cool to see. I'm not sure if there is much for the LGBTIQA+ community. Flexibility seems to differ hugely across different teams, some get lots, and some get none, hopefully it becomes fairer in the future.
