It took a long time from my application to actually getting interviewed
It was good, but there were long periods of time with no contact which made me think I hadn't got the job and I started pursuing others and almost signed another contract. For example, we heard we got through to psychometric testing, then after that didn't hear anything for weeks. I keep going through phases of thinking that I didn't get it but then after a few weeks/a month WM would pop back up again, and this happened a few times. Personally I had clear vision of what site I was going to be placed at and who my manager was, but was really surprised in the first week that the other grads didn't know what location they would be put and what team they were in, and they still didn't know for days after starting with the company. Not knowing the work location or my specific role would put me off signing a contract. Other than those two points everything was good. The talent team are all lovely, they are very friendly, warm and bubbly people who feel welcoming. Great faces to have at the forefront of the company.
