Two interviews, first interview with HR, second with senior lawyers. At the second interview we were asked to complete a couple tasks (writing a brief casenote and a chronology)
The interview process was very straightforward and I was asked questions with actual relevance to the job and my experience, it felt unique to me rather than a "test" that some interviews can feel like. The assessments were also straightforward and practical.
The interview process was transparent and efficient. Those who interviewed were welcoming and explained how the process was going to work. There were two interviews along with ancillary tasks such as a small chronology and case summary to complete.
