I'd rate the training & development a 9/10. The Junior Lawyer Technical Training series has been especially helpful - it covers the fundamentals of being a lawyer in a firm setting, including sessions on the different practice areas, legal research, and practical skills like filing and serving documents. The Kaitiaki mentoring framework has also been a great support system, with regular catch-ups from a buddy, senior mentor, and partner (Kaitiaki), helping me feel connected and supported throughout the grad program.
Many learning opportunities available especially for graduates. I have picked up report writing, interacting with clients, and analysis skills from these trainings
