Opportunities to try lots of different types of work, can stay general and try things before specialising. Pretty certain promotion to engineer from grad engineer after 2 years - unsure about promotions past this.
Beyond the graduate program, there are clear progression levels and ample opportunities to transfer overseas. A well-defined framework is laid out on how to progress and where you will progress to. For myself, the access to overseas projects and transfers are aspirations and they make sure that this is well advertised and very achievable.
