Happy, starting bonus was a nice safety buffer so didn't have to worry as much about money when I started. Purchased annual leave (works out like unpaid leave but deducted gradually from paychecks) is nice, more leave and you don't notice such a drop in money while on holiday. Basic health insurance is free.
