Started off slow but have been able to be involved in a number of large projects where I am doing core work.
My manager tries to align my work with my interests.
Have only been here for 2 months, and so far hasn't been great delegation of tasks and support to ensure I have enough workload. For grads 1 year above me, I think they are more satisfied that they have gotten to try out a variety of jobs in interesting projects. As a grad water engineer, I've been learned and helping set up drawings in CAD (Civil3D) including some tracing, assisted with reports, Excel calcs, some meetings/site visits.
I work within requirements management on CRL, managing the requirements for all of the MEFH system packages.
