I was referred by a current employee. I found the interview process fairly straight-forward.
There was a lot of time spent learning about the company in a group setting, before the role had even been interviewed or awarded.
One interview
I thought the interviewers were good - asked me follow up questions, made the environment less stressful. Had to apply with CV, cover letter, and answer questions which allowed you to talk a bit more about what makes you unique.
I secured my graduate position off of the back of an internship with the company. My internship hiring process was very last minute, so I did not go through any interview process.
