The interview process was very smooth, with a clear and straightforward structure that made it easy to understand and navigate.
The application process was very straightforward. Only a CV was asked for plus a couple of application questions - no cover letter. After the application process I was invited to one online interview, in which I found out the results for a couple of days after. No further interviews or assessments were needed.
Only one online interview with the person who became my direct manager, and an NZ wide boss within the sector. They were lovely and created a very welcoming environment.
