In a struggling economy I'm happy with this pay for now. The Boost programme is good for employee discounts at notable retailers. WSP is good at encouraging work-life balance.
Happy, starting bonus was a nice safety buffer so didn't have to worry as much about money when I started. Purchased annual leave (works out like unpaid leave but deducted gradually from paychecks) is nice, more leave and you don't notice such a drop in money while on holiday. Basic health insurance is free.
Very fair starting graduate salary. Health insurance is a great benefit.
