Good mix of formal training (courses, workshops, etc.) and on the job training. Large database of training and learning available to do. Performance feedback is provided when asked for and at pay reviews. Good mentoring system in place - across disciplines too.
There are many online courses and workshops you can attend to expand your skills. Training applications also let you pursue external training if approved.
Lots of training, opportunities for courses and professional development. I would appreciate more feedback and conversations with my manager, but there is lots of support from older grads or intermed engineers.
My team has bi-weekly training sessions which offer great insight into my field. There is constant encouragement from my boss to pursue learning opportunities, especially at this stage in my career. I have lots of support with development through professional bodies and external qualifications.
