My employer offers flexible working arrangements, allowing me to adjust my working hours and location depending on the nature of the work, while ensuring that all tasks are completed effectively.
Remote work is welcomed so long as it doesn't interfere with preplanned site work - as well as the ability to work from different office locations. If site work goes overtime, there is the opportunity to go home early in the week once I have reached 40 hours. If this is not possible, then time in lieu can be banked and used at a later date
Very flexible - have to work core hours between 9am and 3:30pm, but complete flexibility to make up the 8 hour days outside of that. Remote working is supported
