I am keen to progress to an associate engineer role after the 12 months working as a graduate. More responsibility and opportunities to demonstrate my skills and ability to learn and grow.
In the grad program, it seems pretty clear-cut in terms of 'un-graduating' and moving up to associate level. After that, I'm not entirely sure of the timeline or possibility of what roles become available and how likely it is to move up, but I do get a sense that from associate level it is possible to ladder up, or my people lead has made me aware that there are sometimes options in other branches of the company that may make sense to cross over to
