Everyone in the office is so welcoming and they all want to help the graduates. They have all been encouraging questions and are always happy to have a chat about who they are and what they do. After hours there is a good culture to socialise and connect with each other outside of just a work setting. There isn't a hierarchy feel about Z, there are People Leaders, but no one refers to them as their boss and it isn't a structure where you feel respected less for being lower in the organisation. Instead, there is constant encouragement and a culture of helping each other out. There are a range of different socialising events across each of the individual teams and also across the whole organisation, helping to create the together/teamwork culture.
There's a very relaxed environment here, but it depends on the team or business unit you're in. The hierarchy is not super vertical, and in most teams I've been in you can weigh in regardless of your experience/level of knowledge. The grad culturei s great and we catch up regularly in and outside of work, as good mates.
The culture is good. There is lots of social events and opportunity to meet people. Everyone is friendly and supportive.
The workplace culture is very welcoming and positive. There is a social football and netball team, as well as a dragon boating team. There are many social events, such as quarterly drinks, fundraising days like pink ribbon day and the Christmas party
The workplace culture is very good. Everyone is very friendly in the office and welcome ideas from everyone. There is a lot of socialising amongst colleagues at all times. It is definitely not a quiet place which makes it very warm and inviting.
