
This graduate programme is mostly about the different learning opportunities in place, all designed to give a general overview to identify any interests in particular business units. Many of the day-to-day tasks involve meeting with different people about what they do and if there are any tasks that we can do for them, whether that is forecast analysis, creating presentations for meetings, or spending time at the retail sites to get an understanding of the consumers, there are a range of tasks that enable you to get a deeper understanding of the role, the team, and the wider organisation.
It depends on the team and role I'm in because we change every few months, but at the moment I'm responsible for mass email communications across two different brands, budget management, and other Marketing requests.
Currently I am doing a 3 month rotation in the customer business unit. For 1 month I am working as a CSR at different Z retail sites. This work is really meaningful being able to see how the decisions made from Z are implemented in the retail sites and understanding how our customers experience Z day to day.
I complete a variety of tasks such as running meetings, working with customers and solving problems.
I have been involved in small pieces of work that fit into larger puzzles. It is interesting to be play a role in these larger projects.
