The Z Energy office in Wellington is an open floor office where all employees from the CEO to the Grads all sitting on the same open floor. Being located on the waterfront is special as walking to/from work you can walk alongside the water with many different restaurant options nearby. It is also great for going for lunchtime runs with a view, and there are also showers available for after any activities that you may do. There is also a cafe in the office with coffee and food options available, perfect for a cold day or if you've forgotten your lunch. There is no strict dress code, it is more dress-for-your-day.
The office space is incredible in Wellington, right on the waterfront, next to lots of hospitality venues, with a balcony to soak up the sun. It's amazing. The dress code is relaxed and you can go as formal as you like. It's open space and very informal as we hotdesk, even the CEO sits in the middle of the office amongst everyone and regularly is seen walking around chatting to everyone.
I love the Z office. The location is lovely being by the waterfront and in central Wellington. I like the layout being all on one floor, it allows for effective collaboration and a more community feel.
The Z Energy office is located on the Wellington waterfront which is a beautiful place to be. We have showers at the office and towels are provided, so we sometimes go for runs along the waterfront at lunchtime. There is also a barista on-site with free coffees. The dress code is very laid back, some people dress business casual, and others will wear a hoodie or crewneck to the office.
