The office is hot-desked, so it's first in, first served when it comes to choosing a desk for the day. Being located right on the waterfront is a huge bonus, especially if you enjoy getting out for a walk during your lunch break or between meetings. Another perk is the unlimited barista-made coffee available throughout most of the day, along with an on-site food cabinet stocked with a variety of snacks and meals that you can purchase. The dress code is fairly relaxed and business casual. Fridays are often even more casual, and you'll regularly see people wearing sports jerseys or showing support for their favourite teams.
Awesome location right on the waterfront and the office is really nice. The dress code is pretty flexible and mostly business casual.
Really nice office on the Wellington waterfront. It is open plan with a cafe, kitchen, showers, massage room and everything you might need in a modern office. The dress code is rather casual, some people choose to dress more formal while others go for a more casual style.
Z Energy has a modern office equipped with everything you need and is in a fantastic waterfront location, with plenty of cafs and lunch spots nearby, making it easy to catch up with colleagues outside of work. The work environment is one of the company's biggest strengths everyone is approachable, supportive, and genuinely willing to help, creating a welcoming culture for new employees. The dress code is generally business casual, which provides a good balance between professionalism and comfort. Casual Fridays are also a popular part of the office culture. Overall, it's a relaxed environment where you can feel comfortable while still presenting yourself professionally, without the need for formal business attire every day.
Location is excellent, we have showers and towel service, changing rooms, cafe with free barista coffee, etc. We have open seat planning. The dress code is pretty casual.
