The hours are typically 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm, however, there is flexibility in the hours worked that can be discussed with your manager. There is no rule to work from the office, however there is a recommendation for graduates to work from the office to make connections and to engage with different people and the culture in the office. There is the ability to work from for the graduates with some grads working from home more than others.
It's probably on the cusp of 40 hours but definitely extends beyond 40 on a busy week. It depends on the team you're working in because you move around a lot as a graduate, but having been in multiple teams I've been very satisfied. We can work remotely when we like, and it suits us because we also have offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch
Grads are encouraged to work in the office for atleast the first year. However, Z is flexible if you have a dicussion with your manager. There is opportunity to work from home/take time off.
The hours are very flexible; we can start early and finish early or start a bit later and finish later. We are able to work remotely but as Graduates we are advised to be in the office as much as possible.
Z is relatively flexible with start and finish times etc. There could be more flexibility with working arrangements such as remote work for graduates.
