Work hours are very flexible, provided you keep your manager informed. For example, if you have an appointment or personal commitment during the day, there is generally flexibility to work around it. While graduates are encouraged to come into the office regularly to make the most of the programme and build connections, there is also flexibility to work from home when needed, such as when you're feeling unwell or unable to make it into the office.
It is dependent on your team and the tasks you are given but for the most part, there is huge flexibility in both working hours and working from home arrangements. As long as you are fulfilling your responsibilities in your role and your manager is aware, people are very open to flexible working arrangements.
Very flexible, I am able to decide what hours I come in, if I work from home etc. As long as I do my contracted hours then I am very trusted to decide how and when I get my work dione.
Z Energy offers flexible working arrangements where appropriate. I've had opportunities to work from home in some teams, particularly after spending more time within them. As a graduate, though, we're encouraged to be in the office to maximise learning, build relationships, and gain exposure to the business. The company is also very supportive when it comes to leave, appointments, or personal commitments, and managers are understanding and flexible.
Great hours, very flexible with your hours and you are allowed to work from home but I generally don't as I really enjoy the office culture and seeing everyone in person.
