The work environment I'm in right now offers both opportunities for growth and enjoyable moments. During work hours, everyone maintains a high level of professionalism. Whenever I have a concern, my colleagues respond with clear explanations that make me feel comfortable asking questions and sharing suggestions. This openness is very important to me because it fosters healthy discussions and continuous improvement. The team is welcoming and respectful—I never feel belittled or ignored. Instead, I feel heard and valued, which makes collaboration productive and rewarding.
The workplace culture is generally positive and collaborative. Operations run continuously, so there is still some level of monitoring after hours, though it isn't overly demanding. In the office, people are friendly and easy to work with, and despite the fast pacing, the environment remains professional and respectful with little negativity. In terms of structure, there is a clear hierarchy, but managers at all levels are approachable and open to conversations with both staff and new hires. Cooperation and teamwork are evident, and colleagues socialize naturally, making the workplace feel supportive even during busy periods.

In freight, I really appreciate how good people are in terms of communication, collaboration, and knowledge shared. In my nearly 2 months of stay, I could say that I had the best team which provided me support, a lot of new ideas, and skills.
