The culture we have now at 2GO is rich because we have been established for a very long time already. From NN, to Aboitiz, and now handled by SM. There are a lot of people that you can learn from and open to teaching as well.

The culture is great, and everyone is professional. In the business unit where I am in, cooperation and teamwork can be seen. Everyone from higher positions to lower positions is heard and treated fairly. Since we are in logistics, there are times that we need to answer inquiries on weekends.
