So far, I haven't observed many formal diversity and inclusion campaigns or initiatives. However, based on my experience during recruitment, I did not encounter any form of discrimination, which is a positive sign. It reflects an inclusive approach where everyone is welcome to join the company regardless of background.

While the environment feels respectful and inclusive overall, there isn't always much visibility around formal diversity or equity programs, so there's still room to strengthen and formalize these efforts.
