As an entry-level employee, I find the pay and benefits to be fair with my current level of experience. My monthly salary is reasonable for someone at the start of their career. While the benefits package is simple, I do receive HMO coverage, which I value as it provides essential health support. Although there are no unusual or additional perks such as free tickets or allowances, I appreciate the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop my skills, and learn from the role.
