Personally, I find our manager to be an excellent mentor. They are approachable and always willing to listen to suggestions or concerns, creating an environment where open discussions are encouraged. They also emphasize professionalism, both in written communication and in personal interactions, which has taught me a lot. Recently, we had a huddle meeting focused on how work is going for each of us—a session that felt more like a consultation and guidance opportunity. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the team I'm part of and the leadership I work under.
