I have not yet experienced any other training program aside from the onboarding training. They discussed important concepts that are essential to our work.
The company provided a 3 weeks training program before we started our roles. I am very satisfied with the training because everything was explained clearly, and we were taught the proper procedures. The training prepared us well for our jobs, which is evident in how smoothly we perform our tasks. Mistakes are minimal, and when they do occur, they are resolved quickly with guidance from our leaders. We also receive recognition and appreciation for our work, which motivates us to continue doing our best.
