My work hours are reasonable, and I have ample time for lunch and breaks. Overall, I'm satisfied with the current arrangement.
I am on a compressed work schedule from Monday to Friday and my regular schedule is 8:00 AM to 6:30PM. I usually have my overtime until 7:30PM. The working arrangements in 2Go depends on the position we are in. In my case, we are required to be in office but during times where work from home set up is needed, my manager is open and freely let us as long as we let them know.
Work hours average around 55 hours per week, with a standard 10.5 hour workday. The company is generally flexible when needed. WFH is allowed upon request, such as during emergencies or special situations.
10 hours and 30 minutes a day is pretty reasonable especially when you get to take a break every now and then when the day is not too busy or when you've completed all pending workloads.
