There isn't really much promotion possibilities currently on the role I have. However, it does give me an opportunity to learn skills that are important that would help boost my career moving forward. But for the sake of this company, not much.
There are a lot of possible job opportunities in our BU, especially, with the plans of expanding the assets acquired. Promotions are also based on performance and impact to the company. Although it would be better if we are also encouraged to explore some opportunities with other BUs under AboitizPower or the Aboitiz Group itself.
