For the working environment, I would say that before the start of the day, employees often talk to each other and socialized with one another. Then when the day starts they focused on their works throughout the day, going through meeting every once in a while creating a very busy environment. Also they make sure that they are always in the same page communicating with each others the goals and objectives needed to be accomplished. They keep it professional always in the office.
Everyone minds their own business, with casual greetings between co-workers here and there. It's a nice balance of being able to focus on work and being able to coordinate with your co-workers.

The company culture is excellent and transcends through all levels of the organization and business units (BUs) of the AboitizPower group. There is a great teamwork and socialization amongst colleagues within the BU and reaching out to them is not quite difficult. Furthermore, there are a lot of activities that allow engagement between TMs and TLs among various BUs. Another great thing within our team is that we have a good relationship with our TLs and even execs.
