My mentors are very accessible and always responds immediately. I would say they are great mentors since they taught me everything that I needed to know. They are very easy to communicate through Gmail.
Our direct TLs and department manager are very welcoming and no barriers between our communication. We can approach them freely, as long as it is their free time, when it comes to various matters. Furthermore, we also have engagements that allows us to know more about our leaders outside work.
