The tasks I handle as an intern are very manageable. They aren't very stressful, and they're also quite insightful at the same time. My supervisor and boss are able to assist and train me as well, showing ways on how I can do my work more efficiently.
When I was hired as a PV Maintenance Engineer in the Solar Power Plant, it was still under construction. Initially, the daily activities differed from my expectations, primarily involving office works and documentations. However, as the Commercial Operation Date of the plant approaches, I am anticipating a shift towards more hands-on operations and maintenance activities. I am hopeful for the opportunity to contribute effectively to the operational phase, ensuring a well-organized and successful maintenance approach.
I am part of the team who is responsible for the effective and efficient operation and dispatch of the generation assets of the plant to maximize energy generation and resources. Aside from such, we safely manage the transition of all renewable plant assets under the Hedcor group from operation to safe-to-maintain states.
