I’m honestly happy with the managers at Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation. They’re easy to talk to and really supportive, especially when you’re still learning or adjusting to something new. I like that they don’t just give instructions—they actually guide you and check in to see how you’re doing. They also give honest feedback in a way that helps you improve, not feel discouraged. You can tell they genuinely care about the team, and that makes a big difference.
They give credit where it is due, and is also always open to questions.
