I work under the Compensation and Benefits team, where I assist in managing internal company benefits and employee movements. My main tasks include handling leave credits, department allowances, and other company-provided benefits. I’m also involved in processing employee movements such as promotions, changes in job positions, and transfers to new work locations. This includes preparing the necessary documents, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring all updates are properly reflected in our records. Through this role, I’ve gained experience in handling confidential information, coordinating across teams, and supporting employees during important career transitions. It’s fulfilling to be part of the process that helps employees grow and move forward in their roles within the company.
