It was a smooth process however it really takes time to be contacted.
During my application process, I first had an initial interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, followed by a second interview with the HR Manager. After successfully completing the assessment task—where I was asked to create a layout or presentation relevant to the role—and passing the second interview, I proceeded to the final interview. This was conducted by the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist, and the HR Department Head. This thorough and well-structured process reflects how seriously Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation values selecting the right candidates. They take the time to assess each applicant’s skills and potential, ensuring not only a strong fit for the role but also alignment with the company’s culture and values.
I think because of the volume, it takes a month or a couple of months before an application is reviewed. It is only until then the initial interview will take place. Aside from that, the technical interview is long, but I very much appreciate that it was conducted virtually. As for the final interview, it is a high-pressure set-up since it is panel type. You sit in front of 6-7 people who will each ask their own questions.
