Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation (APC) is very committed to sustainability, and it shows in both big and small ways. As part of the Ajinomoto Group, APC follows the company’s global mission to contribute to greater wellness by creating better lives through food and improving society through sustainable practices. One of the key sustainability efforts I’ve seen is the company’s focus on reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly operations—from responsible sourcing of ingredients to efficient production processes. We also have internal campaigns that raise awareness among employees about environmental responsibility and healthy living, which encourages us to apply these values not just at work, but in our everyday lives. What I appreciate most is that sustainability here isn’t just for show—it’s part of the way we work. It feels good to know that even in my own role, I’m contributing to something bigger and more meaningful.
