Training program is very specific and well-structured.
My onboarding lasted for almost a week, and what I really appreciated was how each department took the time to introduce what they do and how their work connects to the rest of the company. It made it a lot easier for me to understand how everything fits together and helped me adjust faster to my role. I’ve also been getting a lot of guidance from my team and managers since I started. They’ve really helped me understand the processes in our department and are always open to answering my questions or clarifying things I’m unsure about. Because of their support, my first few months felt less overwhelming, and I was able to learn and settle into my position more easily. Overall, it’s been a supportive environment where I’ve learned not just about the technical side of the job, but also how to work better with others and communicate more effectively.
I have learned more in 2 months than I have in a year with another company. My seniors are hands-on in turning over the tasks assigned to me. They are very patient and do not pressure me.
