We have a once a week WFH set-up and flexible time schedule
At Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation, we offer a flexible work schedule that supports both productivity and work-life balance. Employees enjoy flexible reporting hours and have the option to work from home once a week. This setup allows us to manage our time efficiently, reduce commuting stress, and maintain a healthy balance between personal responsibilities and professional goals—while still delivering high-quality work and staying connected with our teams.
The work hours are longer than usual since there is an extra 45 minutes than the usual. It is nice that there are 6 different schedules to choose from, but it would be even nicer if they remove the need to choose and instead be allowed to come and go within those times.
We have WFH setup once per week. However, schedule is extended than usual 8 hours due to compressed schedule
