I started in AWI as Accounting Associates, after a year I got promoted as Junior Accountant. My Manager is so kind and she really values what we can contribute to the company, and she always make sure that even the smallest effort that we do, are appreciated and valued. And she always gives room for growth, by giving us a chance to rotate to different job post, and train us for a new task.

Company sets certain KPI during assessment. While they provide opportunities to move up ranks/explore other roles--current system needs more structure and organization. There are certain situations where confusion arise because job/tasks are not explained properly.
