Culture is not the best in this company. Employer and owner itself is really nice, but people in general like to pry and sometimes take things personal. There are moments where emotions affect work matters, which is not how it's supposed to be.
The culture is pretty casual and friendly. Most of us get along well and are comfortable working with each other. We help each other out when needed, especially during busy periods or events, although there are times when the workload is not equally distributed.
