Transportation and food expenses when there is an off based work when needed
The pay and benefits in my role are okay. we have health insurance, which is good, although i haven’t used it yet. some say it takes a while to get approved when needed. we also receive a communication allowance, which is helpful because we often work outside the office and still need to stay in touch with our team. recently, one of our teammates moved to another department, so we were given more tasks. we’re hoping this could lead to a salary increase since our workload has increased.
I appreciate that the pay and benefits in my current role reflect a thoughtful balance between the standard and the responsibilities i carry. while compensation is important, i also value the company's support —such as opportunities for growth, health and wellness and other company initiatives. that said, i believe regular reviews and open dialogue about compensation are essential to ensure continued fairness and alignment with evolving responsibilities.
