My Manager is really a good mentor, she always make sure that we learning and growing in what we are doing. She always made us feel that all our efforts and contributions are valued and appreciated. There are times, that she will talk to us just to say thank you.
I'm happy/satisfied with my immediate manager. But overall structure and workflow needs improvement
My managers are generally accessible and easy to approach when I need to discuss something or ask for help. Communication is usually okay, especially when it comes to work-related concerns. We do receive feedback, although I think there could be more regular feedback and recognition for the work that we do. Overall, I'm comfortable approaching my managers when needed.
